Coloured engraved plate depicting a 'green house' design. Described in the book as being 'constructed eleven feet above the surface of the yard behind the dwelling, that the floor may be on a level with that of the drawing-room, with which it communicates'. Includes a transverse section, elevation and plan with a scale bar to the bottom. The book plate bears the imprints 'Adjoining Drawing Room one pair of stairs', 'Transverse Section', 'Elevation', 'Plan' and 'London, Published Sepr. 1st. 1806, by J. Taylor, 59, High Holborn'.
