Jekyll will send the plants next week; she does not see the Amelanchier canadensis in Slocock’s current list but she is sure he will have it; all her dwarf Iris pseudacorus went to ‘a watery job lately’ and she does not know where to obtain more or how she came by it; Erica vulgaris ‘Darlyensis’ is the red variety and is one of Smith’s own kind; she asks for clarification of Brand’s order of Heracleum mantegazzianum; azalea ‘Marie Ardenti’ is pink and would be a suitable substitute for Azalea incana
