Lockhart (Southend) Ltd.; showing four views of Westcliff-on-Sea (the rock gardens, the bandstand, the front, the front & gardens), with a central image of a cat. Westcliff-on-Sea, now incorporated into Southend, was developed as a tourist seaside attraction from the late 19th century.
