I had a letter from Bert[?] yesterday and he has had work only 12 miles from him & shall find it very strange when I come home willnt he kind regards to both From M. Walpole Park was originally the grounds of Pitzhanger House, the home of Sir John Soane; it was purchased by Ealing District Council in 1900, the house turned into a public library, and the grounds adapted for use as a municipal park
