Happy Valley, Llandudno, was donated to the town by Lord Mostyn to celebrate the Jubilee of Queen Victoria in 1887. It held a theatre and two golf courses, which were closed in the 1980s, and the latter replaced by an artificial ski slope; information on the original designer(s) is difficult to find
