Coloured postcard of the lake in Handsworth Park, Birmingham, with a view of the church beyond. Handsworth Park, Birmingham, was designed by Richard H. Vertegans and opened in 1888, under the name Victoria Park; it was extended in 1895 by the Borough Surveyor, Edwin Kenworthy. The park included a house called Grove House, later Park House, eventually demolished in 1968
