The Royal Victoria Park in Bath was named after Princess Victoria, who officially opened it in 1830 (aetat. 11); it was designed by the City Architect Edward Davis; in 1839 the Royal Victoria Horticultural and Botanic Garden was created within the park, and redesigned by John Milburn and J.W. Morris in 1887
