He thanks Robinson for the kind notice of ‘my little dictionary’ in today’s ‘Garden’; the hint as to larger type and omission of Gallicisms is good but he would have to issue two large type editions with more phrases and idioms, and one with ‘barely what a traveller needs to make his wants known’; then people who had seen or heard of either of them might order simply ‘Bellows’ Dictionary’ and get one of the others rather than what they wanted or expected; he will try to find a solution
