Mounted black and white photograph of the Bed of the Torrent at Giardini Botanici Hanbury. Typed inscription on label on mount, 'The Bed of the Torrent near the Sea Shore.'. The Giardini Botanici Hanbury (also known as Villa Hanbury) is a botanical garden in Italy. It was created by Sir Thomas Hanbury, after he bought it in 1867. He is buried in the garden.
