Chromolithographic plate depicting plants growing inside the wintergarten [conservatory] at the Imperial Hofburg Palace at Vienna. A seated figure can be seen in the shadow of the plants with the structure of the building in the background. Some of the flora featured include Aster argophyllus [Olearia argophylla], [muskwood], Pinus halepensis [Aleppo pine], Casuarina excelsa [Casuarina equisetifolia subsp. equisetifolia], Citrus aurantium [Citrus × aurantium], Cala aethiopica and Iochroma tubulosa [Iochroma tubulosum].
