Black and white engraved plate depicting Ashburnham Park in Sussex, with grazing cattle and two strolling figures with a dog in the foreground. The house can be seen in the background, with deer resting by the bank of the lake. The park, including three lakes, were landscaped by Lancelot 'Capability' Brown. As of 2022, the house is a Christian conference centre. The book plate bears the imprints 'Publish'd as the Act directs June 1st. 1784, by W.Watts, Chelsea', 'Lord Duncannon del' and 'W.Watts sculp'. From the book 'The seats of the nobility and gentry' by William Watts. Inscription: '12' handwritten in pencil in the TR corner
