Black and white engraved plate depicting Hatfield [Hatfeild] Hall in Yorkshire, with two figures, a child and dog walking in the grounds. Horses graze under trees in the foreground of the engraving. The house was destroyed by fire in 1987, with only part of the shell of the building surviving. As of 2022, the site is home to Normanton Golf Club. The book plate bears the imprints 'Publish'd as the Act directs May 1st. 1780, by W.Watts, Kemp's Row, Chelsea', 'T. Malton delt' and 'W.Watts sculpt'.
