Ink inscription on sleeve on recto: 'Sir David & Lady Scott at the H M. garden Party'; '637'. Ink on recto crossed out: '635'. Address supplied. Full name: Sir David John Montagu Douglas Scott. After her marriage to David Scott, Valerie was also known as Lady Montagu Douglas Scott
